JOB DESCRIPTION
• Being a Systems Engineer for FPT means becoming the driving force for
the projects you are involved in, from inception to launch.
• This is your dream job if you: Enjoy creating simple solutions to solve
complex problems. Like to take ownership of the projects you work on.
• Work closely with clients and project manager to analyze, consult, and
define requirement specifications.
• Responsible for daily communication and building strong connection with
the client team and FPT cross-functional teams.
• Provide to offshore teams with necessary documentations and
requirements, and clarify any issues

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
• 4+ years of experience
• Willingness to travel (40-60%)
• A Bachelor’s degree with a software development, science, or electrical
engineering background.
• Experience with software outsourcing of international projects
• The analytical ability needed to thoroughly elicit, analyze, validate, specify,
verify and manage the needs of the project stakeholders
• Technical writing comprehension and excellent verbal and written
communication with strong interpersonal skills
• Other abilities such as negotiation, presentation, professionalism,
coordinating with teams in different time zones

Preferred:
• Knowledge of entertainment media system (broadcast, web, mobile)
• Familiar with C/C++, Java, Linux, Oracle, MySQL
