Job Title: Suport Analyst/ Helpdesk Analyst
Location: Skyrise 3, IT Park
Hours: 3pm to 12am, Monday to Friday (no weekend/overtime work)
Salary: 20k to 40k PHP monthly (negotiable, d.o.e)
Benefits: 15 days paid leave, 10 days sick leave, HMO on joining

Support Analyst / Helpdesk Analyst required to provide first line support for a small firm in London.

Working as a Helpdesk / Support Analyst your key responsibilities will include:
• Operation of a help desk facility for users
• Resolving IT Support issues, aiming to resolve as many calls as possible as first point of contact
• To escalate calls internally and with third parties
• Responding to “How do I..” queries
• Initial setup & configuration of sites
• Help will setup of websites
• Set up Advance Information sheets & Order forms.
• Customer documentation
• Good Communications skills
• Don’t mind taking 4-5 calls a day

Your technical knowledge should cover as many of the following as possible:
• PHP
• JQuery
• CSS
• Bootstrap
• MySQL
• Git
