iScale Solutions is looking for a bright and driven Mid Level, Seniors and Lead Java Back End Developers to help take our services business to new heights. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in JAVA, J2EE and back end component programming

RESPONSIBILITIES
Participate in Backend Development
Design, implement and test highly scalable, multi-tier, distributed server software applications
Take responsibility of performance and stability for all server functions
Remove obstacles and constantly help the team improve quality and production
Design and implement distributed and highly concurrent Java based enterprise services
Work in, and evolve, a feature-driven Agile SDLC environment
Create maintainable and scalable features fit for use by demanding enterprise clients

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 5 years experience in a Java server-side software design and development
Solid background with Core Java, J2EE , JSON, Hibernate Struts, Spring
Solid background backend component programming (e.g. Java, EJB , Apache, Tomcat, SQL, etc ).
Experience developing high quality centralized server based apps
Experience with open source frameworks and tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast moving and growing environment
Apache HADOOP is a huge plus
Scala experience is a huge plus
Must be open for Permanent /Fulltime position
Must be willing to work in Ortigas on a regular day shift
