Job Description
• Provide technical support to internal employees of the company
• Assisting employees on their international branches regarding technical concerns
• Develop and maintain end-user training materials via documentation and the company’s learning management system
• Maintaining an Asset Register
• Redeployment of assets
• End of life assets management
• Assisting customers/clients in new user account creation & leaving user account decommission
Job Qualifications
• Filipino fluent in Spanish and English
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or any other related courses
• Experience in Technical Support is an advantage
• Experience in a BPO setup is a plus
• With experience in Windows 10/11, MacOS, Microsoft 365, AAD, Windows Server, and Scripting (preferably PowerShell)
• Microsoft 365 support experience (e.g., SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online)
• Willing to work on a hybrid setup in Pasig
• Willing to work on a graveyard shift
Compensation
65000
Compensation Range ₱50,000 – ₱80,000
