Job Description & Requirements
We are continuously hiring Service Desk Analysts for our Technical Team in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. The positions available are for our U.S. Banking and Networking accounts.
Basic Salary: Php 17,000 – Php 28,000
Allowance: Php 2,500

Requirements:
1. Candidates must have graduated from a 4-year Computer course
2. At least 1 year BPO experience
3. Technical support or service desk experience
4. Proficiency with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft applications
5. Strong background in Hardware and Software troubleshooting
6. Amenability to work at night and in shifting schedules
