Job Description / Requirements
We are looking for an experienced designer to work closely with our content team and our web developers. The designer must be able to make creative designs for different kind of brands (private sector and NGO) to communicate on their products and services. A perfect understanding of social platforms strategy is required.

Job Description
Must be able to work harmoniously with the creative director
Determine how best to represent a concept visually
Determine which photographs, art, or other design elements to use
Develop the overall look or style of a publication, an advertising campaign, or a theater, television, or film set
Supervise design staff
Review and approve designs, artwork, photography, and graphics developed by staff members
Talk to clients to develop an artistic approach and style
Coordinate activities with other artistic or creative departments
Develop detailed budgets and timelines
Present designs to clients for approval

Requirements:
Must have a degree in Fine Arts, Multi-media Arts and/or in similar fields
Must have a basic understanding of UX/UI Design Must be highly creative
Have a thorough understanding of photography, typography, printing and basic design principles
Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Work well as part of a team, with a range of people
Have an interest in social and cultural trends and fashions.
Has mastery on the following: Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign. Use of a 3D software is a plus but not required.
