Job Specification:
Working experience in payment, retail or IT solutions vendors
Extensive pre-sales / posAPI-based programming skills is an advantage
Solid understanding of front-to-back payment processes
Excellent client-facing, communication and presentation skills
Experience in multi-cultural organization is an advantage
Project management experience required
post –sales or consulting experience
Job Description:
Gather client user requirements, tailoring the solution-fit towards their business needs
Perform pre-sales demonstrations to existing and prospective clients
Ensure that all materials, including presentations and demos, are up to date
Manage different entities within the organization to help sales cover all the requirements
Handle technical support and be the first point of contact to the clients
Logging and keeping records of customer/employee queries
