Job Description / Requirements
This is for direct hire and regular employment for an IT Solutions company

Regular Tasks:
• Design test cases and document test scripts.
• Execute test scripts and test cases while ensuring all testing proof and reports are maintained and document properly.
• Interview new clients to draw up functional specifications for new systems.
• Document business requirements.
• Maintain quality records for the company
• Conduct internal quality audit
• Research and regularly perform process flow review for the various departments of the company.
• Close coordination with Business Analyst and suggest improvements.
• Effectively communicate relevant project information to superiors.
• Maintain awareness of new and emerging technologies and the potential application on client engagements.
• Perform adhoc functions as assigned by superior/s from time to time.

Qualifications:
• Graduate of computer-related course.
• With at least 1 year of experience in the related field
• Background in programming in C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, or MS SQL is a plus
• Excellent technical skills, with very keen interest in IT.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A team player and fast learner
• Capable of multi-tasking

Skills Required:
• Persistent and can work under pressure
• Possesses strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills.
• Minimal supervision, can easily grasp directions.
