Job Description / Requirements
JOB SUMMARY:
The role of the Project Manager is to plan, execute and finalize project in order to fulfill client’s expectation within a given time frame.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables by regularly communicating with the client via email, skype or other means of communication in to get their job requirements, feedback and further instructions for the conduct of business.
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members in a timely and clear fashion.
• Plan and schedule project timeline by using appropriate tools to be able to deliver on time to clients.
• Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project teams by influencing them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
• Develops best practices and tool for project execution and management.
• Solve problems when production issues arise by working with production team to come up with the best possible solution.
• Prepares and submits billing summary to the billing officer by tabulating / accounting all the submitted finished jobs to the client to facilitate billing and collection.
• Reviews all incoming jobs from clients, sales person or printers in order to meet job specifications.
• Prepares brief sheet by understanding the requirement of the job specifications for production.
• Coordinate with team leaders by having a regular meeting with them to effectively plan the day to meet deadlines.
• Reviews all finished jobs by revisiting the brief sheet to ensure quality.
• Sends all finished jobs to client via email / mass transit / ftp to submit deliverables.
• Assist in any additional responsibilities, as directed by management. This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. You may be required to perform other reasonably related business duties as assigned by your manager or other management personnel.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
• College Graduate.
• 1-2 years experience in the same capacity.
• 3-5 years experience in retail packaging design and artwork management.
• Print production and packaging knowledge.
• A high degree of fluency in English – both spoken and written.
• Working knowledge in Adobe Acrobat and Excel.
