Job Description / Requirements
Basic Function:
Assist in the management of the programs and systems being provided and developed by the company for customer’s used in terms of data analysis, end-user training and support.
Date Needed: ASAP

Qualification Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication/Industrial)
Has experience in using any major ERP (i.e., JDEdwards, SAP, M3, etc) or any system for Inventory, Sales, Accounting, etc.
Competent skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Knowledgeable in MS Visio and SQL
Knowledgeable in IT environment and MUST have strong analytical skills
Has worked or has been part of any process improvement in previous job
Has background in root-cause analysis and incident management
Has background in system testing, documentation and training
Has good communication skills in English, both oral and written
