Job Description & Requirements
T.A.B. International Pte Ltd is hiring OJT Research and Database Personnel.

i. Maintaining the database including the standardization of formats and details in the main database software (Zoho CRM);
ii. Provide support in cleaning the Database from duplicate contacts and outdated emails generated through bounce reports;
iii. Update the organization’s database through phone-based contact tracing;
iv. Verify contact details including bounce mails
v. Explains accurately, efficiently and effectively forums, seminars, and other programs to invitees and clients
vi. Achieves or exceeds the quantitative goals such as number of invited guests or participants for official programs, call attempts, and registrations processed.
vii. Follow-up participation of invitees through phone, email, and other relevant means
viii. Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
