NETWORK OPERATIONS LEAD
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Job Type: Full Time – Permanent | Direct Hire
Salary: Open; Dependent on experience

A Global Shared Services company in BGC, Taguig is looking to hire a Network Operations Lead who will provide Leadership and Guidance to all of their Network Engineers and carry out the following tasks:

Duties:
– Provide coaching, monitoring and supervisory duties to meet the needs of the business
– Make certain that your team follows IT standards, protocols and policies as well as the making sure that the service levels and quality of service business objectives are being met
– Provides progress updates to the IT Service Operations Manager.

Requirements:
– Graduate calibre with at least 4 years relevant experience
– Open to work in a 24×7 shift-based environment
– Knowledgeable with the routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, RIP, etc.) and current Core Networking technologies
– Experienced in Data networking devices (Cisco / Juniper / Adtran / etc.) and Firewall devices (Clavister, Cisco, SA, etc.)
– Experienced in troubleshooting and configuring Cisco LAN, Wireless, VoIP devices
– Certifications are preferred, but not entirely required: ITIL, CCNA, CCDP, CCNP, CCIE.
