Job Description & Requirements
IPAY88 PHILIPPINES, INC. is hiring MERCHANT SUPPORT SPECIALIST.

JOB SCOPE:
– To monitor daily online transactions of merchants
– To assist merchants and customers in general transaction concerns received via the support hotline and e-mail
– To route / escalate technical or bank related concerns to appropriate channels for immediate resolution
– To perform special projects assigned by Operations Head

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s Degree
– Contact Center / Customer Service experience an advantage; fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
– Proficiency (ability to work in templates) with relevant MS Office applications such as Word and Excel
– Must be detail oriented, organized and focused on accuracy
– Able to do multi-tasking
– Must be able to work independently or as part of a team
– Must have strong social skills and be personable
– Reach out to clients and customers to help develop and maintain relationships
