Logistics IT Support Officer – Logistics Home

Job Description Duties:
• Facilitate in Inventory Management Audit Validation – Company’s Proprietary System vs. Customer Inventory System • Assure the daily tally of scanned inventory and physical inventory. • Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners. Repair and replace IT equipment as necessary. • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks. • Respond to IT service issues and requests in a timely manner. Provide technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone). • Install, maintain and modify application programs, business application programs or integrated programs. • Identify and analyze user requirements and recommend appropriate applications or modifications. • Prepare and update back-end applications for data query and reports.

Job Qualifications
Requirements:
• Candidate must be Graduate of Information Technology or Computer Science
• At least 1 year experience in IT/Logistics environment
• Certifications are preferred but not required
• Excellent in MS Office and Google Suite, particularly Excel and Sheets. Knowledge in VBA and Google Scripts is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Visual Studio VB.
• Capable of testing new functionalities of applications and systems.
• Able to write manuals, flowcharts and documentation.
• Must be keen on details and well-organized.
• Must be industrious, honest and target driven. Must be able to multi-task.
• Must possess analytical, systematic and result oriented. Problem-solver.
• Team-oriented attitude to help other colleagues and departments with technical problems
• Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
• Can handle pressure with positive energy.
