Qualifications and Requirements
•Solid experience with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Outlook, desktop support
• Experience supporting and administering Windows Servers
• Experience supporting one or more of: Office 365, Google Apps, Active Directory.
• Experience with: TCP/IP networking, routers, DNS, DHCP and VPN
• Ideally, you will have industry certifications in one or more of the technologies named.
• Excellent customer service, including really outstanding verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to prioritize tasks and to work independently.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Provide phone, email, and remote support, resolving IT related requests and issues.
• Monitor and manage client systems via remote management tool – Kaseya
• Take calls, log and monitor the helpdesk ticketing system – ConnectWise.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues and manage escalation in line with IT support SLAs
• Work with the team and assist senior engineers with client projects and tasksity.
