Job Description
• Conduct Social Media Campaign Performance Analysis
• Provide Actionable Insights to Brand teams depending on brand’s performance and trend analysis (ad hoc / campaign report)
• Promote and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Update Standard Routines based on assignment
Job Qualifications
• JLPT N1 – N4 Passer
• Proficient in Japanese Language
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications/ Marketing/ Research or any related course
• With at least 2 years Community Management / Customer service
• Knowledgeable in Branding and Marketing communication (work-related or academic)
• Ability to work with high-volume, multi-platform, and complex tasks
• Experience in Digital Marketing Analytics is an advantage but not required
• Willing to work on shifting schedule
