1. Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
2. Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
3. Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
4. Setting up account for new users.
5. Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
6. Improving IT systems.

2. Graduate of BS. Information Technology or BS Computer Science
3. With 2 years work experience.
4. Excellent in verbal and written communication
5. Can work with minimal supervision
