Job Description / Requirements
IT Specialist role is to provide services related to software, hardware, database, web resources, network system. Fix and troubleshoot technicalities associated with computer and internet.

QUALIFICATIONS:
> Working experience in the related field is required for this position.
> Work experience as an I.T. in a BPO is a must.
> Network & computer adminstration skills
> Can troubleshoot all software-related issues.
> Extensive equipment and application support experience within a Call Center environment.
> Hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience.
> Maintain hardware and software maintenance agreements to ensure integrity of operations processes.
> Excellent technical knowledge of PC and desktop hardware and applications
> Working technical knowledge of current protocols, operating systems, and standards
> Ability to monitor and operate tools, components, and peripheral accessories.
> Able to read and understand technical manuals, procedural and documentation
> Has the initiative to take timely action to address current or future problems or opportunities whenever possible.
> Ability to use resources wisely and come up with ways and means of being able to reduce cost to promote organizational goals, support and meet organizational objectives.
> Develop and monitor performance levels of software and hardware and evaluate, recommends, and propose alternative methods of information processing.
> A degree in Information Technology or related course
> Applicants must be willing to work in Imus, Cavite on graveyard shift.
