Job Description / Requirements
RESPONSIBILITIES of I.T. Software Programmer :
– To develop functional specifications from user requirements
– To translate requirements into codes
– To manage all aspects of code development, testing and integration
– To manage in-house applications, websites and all MS Applications
•Investigating current applications
•Establishing a detailed program specification through discussion with staffs / clients
•Clarifying what actions the program is intended to perform;
•Breaking down program specification into its simplest elements and translating this logic into a programming language;
•Adapting the program to new requirements, as necessary;
•Costing new or modified systems
•Writing new software and operating manuals
•Devising possible solutions to anticipated problems;
•Testing the product to ensure that it operates satisfactorily
•Conducting user-acceptance testing to ensure the program can be used easily, quickly and accurately;
•Evaluating and increasing the program’s effectiveness;
•Writing detailed documentation for the operation of the program by users and IT department.
•Consulting manuals, periodicals and technical reports to learn new ways to develop programs and maintain existing skills and knowledge;
•Updating, repairing, modifying and developing existing software and generic applications.
•Training users
•Handling support and feedback

REQUIREMENTS:
– Degree in IT or equivalent
– Minimum 2 years experience in development using Microsoft .Net Technologies
– Proficient in C#, ASP, .Net, MSSQL Server & Crystal Reports
– Experience in web applications, HTML, CSS Basics, Javascript & JQuery
– Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
