Responsibilities;
Project Management within IT.
Handle 3rd line IT support and maintenance.
Fix Salesforce issues and handle administration of the system.
Work with the Contact Centre vendor to administer the system, and handle support.
Facilitate training and testing of the above projects.

Requirements:
Candidates must be at least College Graduate of IT or any related course.
Knowledge of Salesforce and Contact Centre is a must.
Must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City.
Willing to start ASAP.
