Job Qualifications
✅Obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in IT or any Computer related course
✅With at least 2 years of experience in Onsite/Desktop support
✅With knowledge in MAC is a plus
✅Onsite Work Setup
✅Location: District 1, Naga, Camarines Sur
✅Rotational shift – Quarterly (Monday to Friday) – day, mid and nightshift
✅Target start date is December 1
RESPONSIBILITIES:
✳ May require negotiation to achieve coordination with user and possible next level support
✳ Perform 2nd level of technical troubleshooting and support
✳ Perform, facilitate and/or assists end-users in resolution of the ticket and request
✳ Advice Help Desk for third-level technical support upon determination and isolation
✳ Support compliance remediation using the agreed procedure
✳ Recommends improvements to established procedures and processes
✳ Close incident/request records with customer agreement
✳ On-site Support provides assistance to the end user beyond that provided by the Helpdesk. The requests are invoked from the Helpdesk when Level 1 support functions cannot address the incident/request.
