1. Manage resources and processes required to design, plan, and support all information products and services. 2. Research and evaluate new technologies to be used as enhancements or upgrades to existing server, network, and other IT infrastructure equipment. 3. Prepare, maintain and keep updated IT procedures and documentation related to our processes and platforms operations. 4. Supervise, hire, and train IT Department employees.

Job Qualifications
1. At least 5 years of supervisory / managerial experience handling an IT support team
2. With practical experience in the following technologies:
– Helpdesk support
– Windows Server administration
– Network infrastructure management
– Backup technologies
– ERP implementation and support (very important) – in ANY of the leading ERP platforms, such as Netsuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle, Ramco, etc
– Working knowledge in HRIS / Payroll systems
– CCTV camera setup and administration
– Biometric / door access technologies
– Structured cabling
3. Must have excellent communication skills; able to effectively communicate with upper management and good command of English.
4. MOST IMPORTANT: Willing to work in Clark, Pampanga
