RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary role is to provide assistance in IT tickets particularly in configuring hardware and software, setting up peripherals such as printers, repairing equipment. The intern shall also update the inventory of the IT department and provide daily support for computer network users.

REQUIREMENTS
Candidates for the program must:
• be currently enrolled in a 3rd year or 4th year college/university program – BS Computer Engineering, BS Information Technology, BS Computer Science or other related IT course.
• be knowledgeable in basic computer troubleshooting and MS and Open Office applications.
• have good organizational, time-management, interpersonal and communication skills.
• be willing to work in Clarkfield, Pampanga.
