Job Description / Requirements
Responsibilities
– Provide technical support to students and staff using the Blackboard learning management system
– Work closely with the team leader to develop strong processes and best practice procedures around the efficient management of Blackboard technical support
Qualifications
– Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate, or a Bachelor’s Degree in any field
– At least 2 years working experience in the related field is required
– Apple Mac Certified Technician certification preferred
– Must be tech savvy
– Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City
– Willing to work graveyard schedule

– Ensures service delivered to our customers meets needs and contractual obligations of our clients through the management of operational activity of the team
– Implements systems and processes to achieve client specified metrics while providing development opportunities to our agents
