Jobs Responsibilities:
 Provide well-rounded and high quality customer service always
 Apply acquired knowledge and processes when serving customer queries
 Ensure customer approval in all transactions
 Ownership of customer requests and follow up to make sure satisfaction was provided
 Professionally pay attention to and solve customer complaints and escalate as appropriate

Jobs Qualifications:
 Must have finished atleast two years in college
 Atleast 18 years old
 Self-motivated
 Good english communication skills
 Team Player
 Requires minimum supervision
