• Taking phone calls from customers.
• Answering questions about the product or service.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Good communications skills. – Amenable to shifting schedules.

Requirement: All Applicants
• Must have at least a high school diploma.
• Must know how to use a computer.
• Must be able to type at least 25 words per minute.
• Must know how to speak in English
• Must be flexible with working hours.

Qualification

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Can use basic computer applications.
• Basic data entry and typing skills.
• Good listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Can handle stressful situation appropriately.
