Unison Computer Systems, Inc. is hiring IT Backend Assistant.

Job Title: IT Backend Assistant
Location: Malate, Manila
Contract: Project-based
Rate: Up to Php20,000

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Conducts research, evaluation, systems monitoring, problem analysis, and generates appropriate reports, letters, and manuals that are necessary
-Conducts implementation support for major ICT projects by providing the necessary infrastructure requirements
-Facilitates the management and monitoring of IT-related service requests
-Performs contract management of on-going maintenance contracts and services (i.e of contract service levels, deliverables)
-Provides, modifies, removes rights for users to access resources or services and verifies identity and entitlement

REQUIREMENTS:
-Must be a graduate of any course related to computer studies
-Must have at least 1 year of experience in any of the following: Managing and monitoring IT systems; IT project management and implementation; IT auditing and compliance
-Knowledge with: Virtualized environments (Citrix, HyperV, etc.); Various server operating systems (Windows, UNIX, etc.); Storage and SAN environments (EMC, IBM, etc.); Lotus Notes environments (Lotus Notes, Domino, Designer, etc.)
-Knowledge with ITIL processes and best practices
