Job Description & Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma, Bachelor’s/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably 1 Yr Experienced Employees specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent
• Microsoft Certified preferred but not a requirement
• Descent experience in providing Helpdesk Support as well as with ticketing system
• Can provide desktop, laptop, printers troubleshooting procedures
• Certified or even experience or knowledgeable in configuring and supporting Windows 8.1
• Experience or background with either MS Office 2003, 2007 or 2010
• Open office and basic networking knowledge
• Preferably Female but not a requirement
• Willing to undergo a project base employment of 6 months to 1 year with absorption depending on performance
