Job Description:
Works closely with design team in creative direction, quality control, and design completion while striving to maintain a positive and creative environment.
In charge of designing and maintaining training programs.
Will be in charge of new-hire programs as well as ongoing training in areas like: PowerPoint graphic design, compliance, processes and new/existing products.

Key Responsibilities:
Create, manage and deliver new hire graphic design training to ensure success in our PowerPoint design division
Create, maintain and deliver training documents that continue to support new hire PowerPoint design training
Identifying opportunities, developing and implementing ‘Training Action Plans’.
Developing monthly, weekly and daily execution plans.
Discover any opportunities in our design department based on metrics, feedback and performance
Develop improved training collateral and methodologies to drive improved performance within the design team
Act as a point of contact for multiple departments to drive performance and support any training initiative

Qualifications:
Minimum experience required is 3 to 5 years as a Graphic Designer
Knowledgeable in Microsoft PowerPoint processes, tools, and techniques
Excellent communication skills
Bachelor’s degree holder related or equivalent to the field
