Job Description & Requirements
The End User Trainer will conduct classes and seminars to MISNet Education clients and support sales in identifying customer’s requirement.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and conduct Microsoft Certified and Customized Courses
Pursue continuous certification updates as a Certified Trainer in Microsoft and other companies’ product as assigned by management
Prepare and conduct presentation of seminar topics on the company’s array of products and/or technologies
Provide consultancy on the company’s products when required
Provide technical support services to the company’s clients, when required
Hiring Criteria

Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
1 – 2 years experience as an IT Trainer or IT Instructor
Proficient in MS Office 2007/2010/2013
Proficient user of Windows 7 and Windows 8
Proficient in SharePoint 2007/2010/2013 as end user and power user
With basic computer and network background
Self-motivated, resourceful, ability to work independently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
Must have common sense
Highly accurate and organized
