Job Description & Requirements
RESPONSIBILITIES
o Create Software Code with Adherence to Project Objectives, Requirements, and Specified Coding Standards.
o Assist in preparation of Detailed Technical Design Specifications.
o Design, write and test three-tier web applications.
o Develop existing systems by analyzing and identifying areas for modification.
o Maintain systems by identifying and correcting software defects.
o Create technical specifications and test plans.
o Write operational documentation with technical authors.
o Work closely with staff such as project managers, systems analysts, and technical managers.
o Consult clients/colleagues concerning maintenance and performance of software systems.
o Unit Testing of Software(s)/Applications developed according to specified procedures.
o Debugging/Correcting identified software defects.
o Create Use Cases and Test Harnesses (when appropriate) to be used by Quality Assurance during testing.
o Participate in Software Release and Project Review.

QUALIFICATIONS
o Microsoft .Net Technologies (Visual Studio 2005/2008/2010) including one of the following development languages C#.Net, VB.Net, ADO.Net
o Experience working in .Net Framework to v3.5 and above
o Experience working in the MVC architecture.
o Experience with SQL Server 2005/2008/2010
o Experience working with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
o .Net remoting as well as Microsoft Prescribed Architecture Group (PAG) application blocks including UIP (User Interface Process), Exception Management, Caching, Data Access, and Configuration Management blocks
o OOA/OOD/OOP and n-tiered architecture
o Complex Winforms Event Handling and Data Binding
o Multi-threading and Asynchronous processing
o T-SQL Programming (stored procedures)
o XML Web Services and WCF
