ABOUT THE POSITION
The Business Analyst will work across all of the company’s departments and locales to ensure the successful execution of assigned projects. The role will span projects related to business expansion and optimization and the successful candidate will encounter challenges related to IT, resourcing, regulatory, people management and others. The role will be responsible for defining the scope of work and timelines, assessing and mitigating the expected risks, and delivering on the project.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Contribute information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
• Conduct market research and present information in a structured manner in order to determine priorities and outcome of a project
• Coordinate creation and maintaining of comprehensive project documentation
• Prepare, complete, update, and modify detailed action plans and timelines.
• Manage stakeholder to balance schedules, interests, timelines, and expectations
• Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Resolve problems related to project execution, resourcing, scheduling.
• Define escalation plans for issue resolution and correction plans in the event of deviation from project plan.
• Define required processes to be set up and Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Conduct project post-mortem meetings to identify key learnings to be shared across the firm.
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 4 years’ proven experience in assessment & analysis, planning & implementation, documentation, testing, communication, risk assessment/mitigation on complex projects.
• Experience working in multinational environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Willingness to travel extensively
• Able to act as a leader to the project team, fostering collaboration
• Strong educational background with a minimum of a Bachelor degree.
• Training in six sigma or lean a plus
