Qualifications:
* With at least 3 years of working experience in Business Analysis
* Has strong analytical skills, be able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Should have general knowledge of business functions related to customer care / service.
* Must be able to gather, analyze, seek approval and document requirements from different business groups.
* Should be able to develop clear, accurate and complete Business Requirement Specifications (BRS) document.
* Experience in creating Test plan and Test Strategy and be able to manage the testing activities related to business requirements.
* Can get along well with others, help motivate others to meet goals and suggest ethical and legal business improvements.
