We are currently hiring for Customer Service Representatives for our North EDSA site. Please see below for the qualifications and job description of the position:

Job description:
 Follow general operations and treatments;
 Discover and advance priority challenges per Client requirements;
 Route troubles to best suited useful resource;
 Properly approach and file call operations using a computer system and issued traffic monitoring computer software;
 Deliver alternative methods where applicable with the purpose of preserving customers’ and clients’ business

Qualifications:
*Completed at least 2nd year in college
*Excellent customer assistance and problem solving skills
*Willing to work on graveyard, changing schedules, and holidays
