Wire Harness Supervisor Company: SHOKO ELEC PHILIPPINES INC Location: Phase 7B Laguna Technopark Standard Factory Building 2 Biñan City, Laguna Salary: P27,000-P32,000 Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday 7：30～16：30 Job Description: ・Activity report to the Japanese president. ・Accomplishes manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures. ・Maintains staff, orienting, and training employees. ・Maintains workflow by monitoring steps of the process; ・Planning production targets and budgets with Japanese. ・Checking that production is kept going and orders are completed on time. ・Writing reports, keeping records, and dealing with budgets and cost control. ・improvement of work process and promotion of 5S activities ・Dealing with any problems that arise.
