Job Description / Requirements
Job Details:
• US inbound, business to business but non-sales.
• A pioneer account / pilot batch
• Graveyard shift
• Basic salary + allowance + night shift differential
• Probationary employment

Job Qualifications:
• For high school graduates: Minimum 1-2 yrs of call center experience
• If finished at least 2 years in college: must have at least 6 months to 1 year of experience
• For college graduates: with or without experience
• Must be at least 18 years old and above
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Must be able to work in fast-paced environment
• Can easily adapt to changes and flexible
• Ability to develop a strong working relationship with all levels of the organization
• Must have a very good interpersonal skills and must be customer service oriented
• Can multi-task
• Can pay attention to detail
• A team player
• Must be willing to work on graveyard shift
• Background in Adobe photoshop and illustrator is an advantage but not a requirement.
