We are accommodation business based in Australia looking for a Virtual front desk manager. Duties will include guest check-ins/check-outs, handling guest queries, giving travel advice. Staff handling, organizing cleaning, maintenance staff etc. The same as a good manager would do in any well run hotel the only difference being the job is performed online from your home as long as you have a good internet broadband connection quality headset and Camera. We need people that will work with us for a long time. This is a great opportunity to learn new skills and further your career in hospitality and customer service. An attractive salary and bonuses await the successful applicant. Salary is up to Php 18,000 per month plus over time.
Skills Required:
– Computer literate
– Preffered with BPO experience
– Good communication skills and fluent in English
– Good oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
– Experience is advantage but not necessary, as we have a thorough training program for the right candidate. We encourage everyone who believes they have the right skills to apply.
– Fun-friendly outgoing attitude to help out hotel guest at ease
– Able to work in a team or problem solving skills so they can adapt to changing circumstances
– Must have computer with reliable DSL broadband internet connection
– Must be FLEXIBLE with the schedule
