Entertain queries, pre-screen, and provide information and customer service to prospective tenants looking for residential rental property.
75% voice tasks; 25% after-call tasks (notes, emails)
Main Responsibilities and Tasks:

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Confident and well-spoken in English, no verbal pauses, little to no Filipino accent required
2. Writes simple business and conversational English with no grammatical errors (most emails have templates)
3. Quick to learn, resourceful, cheerful/personable, “goes the extra mile”
4. Experience in customer service required
5. Experience in real estate or property management preferred
6. Honest, loyal, trustworthy, committed to work, reliable, team-player, can work without supervision
7. Must have a good and quiet home office
8. Must have fast and reliable internet — at least a 5 MBps internet plan or can upgrade to one once accepted into training; Must have alternative internet if main internet bogs down
9. Must be located in metropolitan areas
10. Must stay with the company for at least 1 year
What’s In It For You:
1. PhP 120.00/hour and paid via PayPal only
2. Full-time job, 40 hours/week
3. EST business hours (Philippine night shift)
4. Weekends off (Covers weekend work only once a month for 4 hours; By VA rotation)
