JOB DESCRIPTION
General Admin:
• Email and Calendar Management
• Schedule client appointments
• Online Research
• Various Reports
• Maintain client CRM
• Audio and visual transcriptions
• Marketing Newsletters/ e-flyers/ brochures
• Social Media Management
• Data Entry
• Attend to Customer enquires
• Inbound and outbound call handling
• Various Admin tasks as required by client
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, but applicants with at least 1 year experience or skills as an administrative assistant is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral
• Must have at least 1 year BPO experience
• Strong administrative skills
• Strong writing skills and ability to proofread
• Interpersonal communication skills; people skills; independent & critical thinking ability
• Able to work with Microsoft Office programs, including spreadsheets, databases, word processing, graphic presentation software and the like.
• Computer & Internet savvy (Social Media, dropbox, teamviewer, etc)
• Strong time management skills & organizational skills
• Keen on details, goal and profit oriented, expresses confidence and able to multitask
• Must be highly trainable
• Must be flexible and require minimal supervision
• At least be able to meet 45 WPM
• Proactive and can adapt to constant challenges and pressure within the workplace
• High moral standards, ie strong work ethic, confidentiality, honesty
