HI below is our outline of how we pay. We are a freight brokerage and will train the people we hire. It is a fast paced multi taking position. Our plan is incentive based. The more truckloads you broker the hire per hour pay. An example is our customer gives us $1000 to move a truckload of seed from boston, ma to kansas city,mo. We then go find a truckload carrier to move that load for $900 . It is like solving a puzzle everyday., Great customer service are essential. We believe in paying for results. If our comp plan is something you are interested in we can talk further.
Base-Pay
$3.00 per hour 8 to 10 hour work day. Monday through Friday. 6-3pm, 7-4pm, 8-5pm or 9-6pm shifts. Based on U,S central time. One of those shift times 5 days a week.
In essence the more truckloads you do the more you make per week. On average each rep moves about 20 loads a week about $4000 in gross profit.
Below is override program based on weekly production . If any of the below production goals are met, The base bay will be replaced with the hourly rate below based on that weeks production.
$3.50 per hour 6 loads or $1200 gross margin Scheduled and picked up during current week with all at at least 6% gross margin
$4.00. Per hour 8n loads or $1600 gross margin Scheduled and picked up during current week with all at at least 6% gross margin
$5.00 per hour 10 loads or $2000 gross margin Scheduled and picked up during current week with all at at least 6% gross margin. $200 per week
$5.50 per hour 15 loads or $3000 gross profit Scheduled and picked up during current week with all at at least 6% gross margin. $220 per week
$6.00 per hour 20 loads or $4000 gross profit Scheduled and picked up during current week with all at at least 6% gross margin. $240 per week
$6.25 per hour 22 loads $4400 gross profit Scheduled and picked up during current week with all at at least 6% gross margin. $260.00 per week
$6.50 per hour 24 loads $4800 gross profit Scheduled and picked up during current week with all at at least 6% gross margin. $280.00
$6.75 per hour 26 loads or $5200 gross profit
$7.00 per hour 30 loads or $6000 gross profit
Function Specific:

Negotiate rates with current and prospective clients.
Markets, services and promotes AOK/LTLSAVER Freight transportation products and services.
Solicits freight from existing customers.
Books loads from many of the load boards we use.
Tracks freight volume by customer.
Maintains and builds effective relationships with customers.
Assists internal customers with problems on loads or customers.
Schedules pickup and delivery appointments.
Position requires excellent attendance
Critical Working Relationships
Develops carrier relationships and contact at multiple levels.
Ability to work well with all stakeholders whether sales, marketing or operations personnel.
Ability to work in a team environment, while also delivering independent results.
