Job Responsibilities:
– Responsible in delivering exceptional client service (B2B)
– High level virtual assistant or exec/admin support experience a plus
– Excellent digital/computer skills preferably with MS Office (Excel/PPT/Word/etc)
– Familiarity using common internet software is a plus (e.g. Lastpass, Skyoe, Gotomeeting, Dropbox, Central Desktop/Basecamp, Team Viewer, CRM Systems-Infusionsoft/Salesforce)
– Ability to think quickly, anticipate the needs of the clients and provide solutions
– Very detail oriented and meticulous, able to work independently without direct monitoring.
– Data analysis/entry into Excel, Word or other programs
– Research using the Internet or other information databases
– Outbound calling to clients, vendors or others
– Travel planning and coordination
– Email management
– Other miscellaneous tasks that can be performed online
Desired Skills
– Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, any field.
– Required skill(s): English communication, CRM application, MS Office.
– Required language(s): English
– At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for his position
– 2 full time positions available.
– Candidate must be willing to work night or graveyard shift
