RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Deals with all the customer’s queries and concerns through e-mail and/or telephone.
-Endorse additional product and services, if and when relevant.
-Assist and educate the customers who are willing to resolve their issues on their own.

QUALIFICATIONS:
-Atleast 18 years of age and above
-Atleast High school graduate
-Average to excellent English communication skills
-Tech savvy
-Amenable to work in Antipolo
-Willing to work on shifting schedules
-Salary Range: 13,000 to 15,000
