Position Objective Deliver merchandise to customers in a manner that will help to achieve company’s mission and goals along with outstanding customer service Position Responsibilities The truck helper’s responsibilities perform routine manual work in assisting a truck driver in loading and unloading of merchandise from one point to another. Manually loads and unloads materials Careful assembly of cargo inside the van (or storage facility as the case maybe) in accordance to the required handling procedure Guide the delivery truck driver during transit to meet client expectation Fill-out required documents (other related trip reports) and properly distribute receiving copies to its respective authorities Maintain records of official trips for proper posting of payment per assigned duties Reports any untoward incidents and update immediate superior to any developments Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Ability to comprehend in English and Filipino (oral and written) Client service oriented and interpersonal skills Keen to details, physically fit, ability to carry out simple and verbal instructions

Job Qualifications
At least a High School graduate and/or with technical trainings
Related experience or any equivalent combination of training in freight forwarding industry
No derogatory records or criminal offenses
Willing to render overtime, work during holidays and on call schedules
