Job Description

1.Ensures complete document generation, its accuracy and timely Delivery of stocks from suppliers based on Required Delivery Date
2. Facilitates the dispatching and monitoring of trips in accordance to the Load Plan and initiates huddle meeting for suggested revisions
3. Escalates current issues and possible recommendations to higher up
4. Monitors delivery status and consistently communicates with Driver, Procurement and Inventory & Warehouse for feedback to ensure delivery fulfillment
5. Prepares updates and monitoring report related to product delivery and its transportation and make initial applicable solution if necessary
6. Monitors the compliance of units to Safety Programs and Good Transportation Practices (GTP) and issue Trucker’s Violation Ticket (TVT) for non-compliance.
Conducts initial investigation of discrepancies of deliveries and prepare necessary documents (RGRS, etc) for review and its disposition

Job Qualifications
1. Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Supply Chain Management, or related courses
2. With at least 2 years work experience in Supply Chain Management (Warehouse and Logistics/Transportation/Distribution)
3. With good communication, organization and time-management skills
4. Ability to drive a vehicle and with a valid Driver’s license is an advantage
