Job Description / Requirements
S/he will be responsible in carrying out the projects of the center (e.g., testing/assessment, coaching, program development and implementation, research and evaluation).
• Graduate of Psychology, Education or any Social Science related course
• If a Psychology graduate, preferably a licensed Psychometrician (RPm); if an Education graduate, a Professional Teacher
• Preferably with 1 year work experience in any of the following: (1) testing/assessment, (2) coaching, (3) teaching, (4) research, and(5) training
• Good quantitative and qualitative research skills
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Highly analytical, creative, flexible and resourceful
• Can relate, deal, and interact with different kinds of people at all levels in the organization
• Can work independently (individual) and interdependently (group)
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Willing to work on Saturdays (twice a month) and do field work, if needed
• Office location is in Quezon City
