Qualifications:
Must be at least a High School Graduate
With at least 6 months BPO experience
Must have above average English communication skills
Must be willing to work on a shifting/graveyard schedules
Must be willing to work during holidays and weekends
Must be willing to work in Makati City

Job Responsibilities:
Responds to customer inquiries and complaints by following techniques provided
Inform customers about services available and assess customer needs
Responsible for providing customer service for US clients to the best of his/her ability, in a professional and courteous manner through Voice
Should always be willing to find answers to all questions addressed to them
