Jobs Responsibilities:
• Provide help to other Technical Support Representatives to make it possible for them to be more technically satisfactory and independent
• Interact with other technical groups within the company
• Manage essential support difficulties and questions, control escalations and sensitive difficulties and questions
• Manage vital accounts
• Be identified as a specialist in specific technical areas and platforms
• Resolve more complex cases and take on special projects
Jobs Qualifications:
Must have finished atleast two years in college
Atleast 18 years old
Self-motivated
Good english communication skills
Team Player
Requires minimum supervision
