Requirements:
Must have Bachelor’s Degree in IT related or Medical related course
Nursing Graduates, preferred but not required.
Good Computer skills
Must have a good English Communication skills.
Computer-literate with at least 35wpm typing skills.
Willing to work night shifts
Willing to Undergo Training
Willing to work in Makati City
With or WITHOUT call center experience
Demonstrated ability to operate personal computer programs.
Provide respectful, courteous and professional support.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Answer and process customer calls effectively and efficiently
Maintain effective call ownership
Proactively work to improve self, team, department, product, and company
Demonstrate an increased ability to work with escalated customers and issues
Learn and demonstrate advanced product knowledge, including interactions with third party add-on products

Working Conditions

Full Time Job
9 hours shift (8 working hours + 1 hour Lunch Break)
Work schedule shall follow US hours and holidays or as determined necessary by management.
Fix weekends off
