Technical Service Agents – Cebu – Vital Call Center Link Inc

Job Description & Requirements
The technical support representatives are responsible for:
– effectively informing clients about products, services and self-help resources
– assisting the customers with their technical concerns (mobile phones/landlines/internet connection)
– transferring/escalating calls that are beyond their level of support

Job Requirements:
1. College graduate or at least a high school graduate
2. Call center experience is preferred, but not required
3. Good English communication skills
4. Technical knowledge is an advantage
5. Willing to be assigned in graveyard or night shift
6. Amenable to work in Cebu.
