JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Assists customers by competently and professionally handling the client’s employees’ concerns (basic trouble-shooting)
-Responds to customer’s queries and complaints
-Keeps the client’s equipment operational by following established procedures on reporting and troubleshooting malfunctions
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
-Must have completed at least 2nd year in college
-With minimum experience of 1 yr in the BPO industry in a customer service OR basic troubleshooting function
-Good Business English communication skills
-Strong attention to detail
-Amenable to work in Quezon City
– Willing to work on shifting schedules
BASE PAY: 12,000 to 18,000 + 2,500 Allowance (Food & Transportation)
